Now Hiring - Life Insurance Producer (Insurance Division) in Fitzgerald, GA

Position Purpose:

This position is responsible for the growth of all things related to the selling of Life insurance products.

If you are looking for a great sales opportunity in a bank that is publicly traded and employs over 500 team members who are incentivized to find and send referrals, then this is your chance to become our next Life Insurance Producer. We have a large captive Allstate book owned by the bank with access to multiple life insurance carriers and an aggressive growth plan. Base draw plus commission.

Location: Remote or Colony Bank office location where space is available

Essential Functions and Basic Duties:

• Develop relationships with bank team to earn referrals.
• Must have proven track record of life insurance sales production.
• Must always have best interest of customer in mind when educating on coverage or any avenues of Life insurance products.
• Continue to develop and use compliance strategies.
• Must be active in the community and constantly work key referral sources.
• Completes periodic training required and/or provided by Colony.
• Performs basic office and sales functions as needed daily.
• Complies with all bank and personnel policies and procedures.

Qualifications / Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Life insurance license required

• Proven track record of production in fast paced environment
• Must present a professional image.
• Well-developed planning skills.
• Ability to work independently
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and tight schedules.
• A high degree of interpersonal skills, attitude, and judgment.

Work Environment:

• Requires regular office conditions.
• Some travel to meet with clients is required.
